State projects (offered by CA FBLA) and the Business Achievement Awards (offered by FBLA) allow members to learn about business-related topics and develop business-related skills. Members who have completed state projects are recognized at the State Leadership Conference. Recipients of the America Award, the highest level of the Business Achievement Awards, are recognized at the National Leadership Conference.
We highly recommend participating in state projects as a way to get involved in FBLA and learn important skills! For more information, please visit the Chapter Projects, Individual Projects, and Submission Guidelines pages.
